Each tea bag contains Burdock root, Ginger, Chamomile.

- Burdock root is a natural diuretic, blood purifier and lymphatic system strengthener. It also contains 102 minerals of the 102 minerals the body is composed of.
- Ginger improves digestion and is anti-inflammatory.
- Chamomile is naturally anti-inflammatory and calms the nervous system.



Directions- Each tea bag makes 2 cups of tea. Boil 16 oz spring water and steep tea bag for 10-15 minutes. Drink 1 cup each day. Drink hot or iced!
